Mr.Venkateswara Rao is the General Manager-HR at GreenPark Hotels and Resorts Ltd, At GreenPark,he has been associated with the Group for over 14 years His domain of expertise lies in strategic planning & devlopment,compensation management,Performance Management,Industrial Relations,administration,talent management and career succession Planing Mr Rao's vast experience comes from working with companies in different industry verticals, such as GTN Textile,Ventech Industrial Ltd,(Chemicals) IASPL (Integrated Automation System Pvt.Ltd). He has complited his Master in industrial relation and Personnel Management.and is currently pursuing PhD in HR Above all,he is proficent in handling all HR related issue and has hands on experience in compentency development,formulation and implimentation of HR system and policies to meet strategic objectives like manpower benchmarking etc.
Director IFM Services
Mr. Vijaya Kumar is the Director of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Services of Green Park Hotels and Resorts Limited. Prior to this he was Associate Director Operations at Sodexo, Hyderabad; General Manager (Facilities & Infrastructure) at Airtel, Delhi; Associate General Manager (Administration & Facilities) at TCS, Hyderabad; and Facilities Manager at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
During his term at Sodexo, Vijay signed multiple (30) IFM contracts and managed a team of 3000 executives with Profit and Loss Accountability running into INR 60 crore.
He is a member of the Contamination Control Society of India.
With over 36 years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, Vijay set and managed world-class infrastructure and set quality standards for a safe, healthy and conducive work environment.
Domain Expert-Engineering
Mr. Ranga Swamy has been associated with GreenPark Hotels and Resorts Ltd. for
over 20 years.Mr. Ranga Swamy brings with himself over 30 years of experience in the engineering domain. At GreenPark, his unique contributions include end-to-end execution of Marigold Hotel including civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) services.
He was also responsible for implementation of energy-efficient initiatives such as transitioning to solar powered systems for water heating and efficient organic waste management.
Domain Expert- Training Simulation and Accommodation Management
Mr. Manesh Kumar brings to the table expertise in hospitality management with key experience in accommodation management and food & beverage services. A graduate from Osmania University and an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management, Mr. Kumar has been associated with the GreenPark group for over two decades now.
He plays a key role in ensuring consistency and delivering across the Groups' ventures through effective training and process simulation.
